Shipping policy

We offer FREE shipping on every order only within India. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tampering before receiving or signing the receipt.

Customers are also required to make a single, uncut video while unboxing the package. The video must clearly show any missing product, missing part, or damage to the product to lodge a complaint regarding a defective product or an empty package/box.

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 6–7 business days. All supernova-jewellery products are freshly crafted for you. Hence, we indicate a longer lead time, though we always strive to deliver the product to you as soon as possible.
